Loveland to Honor Andy Price at "Celebrate Excellence"
Loveland City School District would like to congratulate Fourth Grade Teacher Andy Price for being the district’s representative to “Celebrate Excellence.” The Hamilton County Education Foundation honors teachers across Hamilton County during the “Celebrate Excellence” event.
“Andy Price is an amazing teacher and an amazing human being. He goes above and beyond in the classroom, keeping our students engaged, but he is also active in amazing activities beyond the classroom,” Loveland Superintendent Mike Broadwater said.
Price teaches math, science, and social studies and has been a fourth-grade teacher at LES for 20 years. This year, he helped create a new LES program - “Find Your Stripes Day” to help students begin exploring their career interests. Price also founded the popular Loveland Elementary Runners Club, which keeps kids active and involved after school.
“He does two things consistently that I believe are critical attributes of an excellent teacher -- he thoughtfully plans engaging lessons in math, science, and social studies, and he builds amazing relationships with his students,” Loveland Elementary School Principal Jenn Forren said.
Price will be honored with other Hamilton County teachers during the “Celebrate Excellence” event at Sharonville Convention Center on May 5, 2023. The event is the Hamilton County Education Foundation’s opportunity to publicly honor the dedicated individuals who serve children in Hamilton County’s public schools.
Congratulation, Mr. Price!
