Loveland Early Childhood Center (LECC) first-grade students enjoyed “COSI on Wheels” Friday, Nov. 8, an educational outreach effort of Ohio's dynamic Center of Science and Industry (COSI) center located in Columbus. The program, Outreach Educator, gave young scientists the opportunity to explore the outdoors and examine prairies, forests, rivers and wetlands.
“We are always so grateful to our PTA for bringing this high-level, hands-on learning program to our students,” said Kyle Bush, LECC principal. “Students were able to investigate animal adaptations, life cycles, and learned how parts of an ecosystem are connected. Thanks to our wonderful and supportive PTA and volunteers this was a true success!”
