Loveland Parents and guardians are required to fill out and submit the Emergency Medical Authorization (EMA) form at the beginning of every school year and to keep it updated with any changes throughout the year. The form allows the district access to essential information should a student need urgent medical care, or in the event parents need to be notified of an emergency situation or school closing.
The 2018-19 form is now closed and a new form will open up in the next couple of weeks. Parents will be notified, and will then be able to update and submit their information for the 2019-20 school year. A notice will also be posted on the Loveland Schools website (www.lovelandschools.org
