TAIL 2015 STEM Institute

We are pleased to present Tiger Adventure in Learning (TAIL) 2015 STEM Institute – a district-supported summer opportunity for students entering fifth through eighth grades. This year’s summer offerings will expand student learning in the areas of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
“We are looking to help our Tigers explore, collaborate and learn through this unique summer program,” said Dr. Amy Crouse, assistant superintendent of teaching and learning. “Science, technology, engineering and mathematics are key areas of concentration for the district – and this provides our instructors with the ability to integrate a problem-based model of instruction while working with small groups to really practice the engineering process.”
The program runs from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Monday through Thursday beginning June 8 and ending June 25 at a cost of $120 per student. Parents will need to provide transportation to and from Loveland Middle School. Click here to access the online application form – space is limited.
