Quality, Tiger style

It started out as a conversation among superintendents in our area, and in one year it developed into a state-wide initiative for districts. It is no surprise that the popularity of the Quality Profile has spread throughout Ohio school districts, because Ohio schools recognize the importance of sharing with the community the value we add to the lives of our students every single day.
After Loveland debuted the Quality Profile last year, I honestly questioned how it could get any better. Then, I looked at the report we published this year – a reflection of the 2013-14 school year. I looked at what we’ve added to the original report and what our teachers, staff and students have accomplished across the district – it’s thrilling to see. Now, it is available to you. Click here access the complete 2013-14 Loveland City School District Quality Profile. In addition to the full digital report, this year we are also sending each member of the Tiger Family a Quality Profile Executive Summary – so, keep your eye out for this publication to be delivered soon.
As a district, our main objective is to provide a quality education for our students – that’s in the forefront of all the work that we do. From academics to extracurricular activities, from community service to our fiscally conservative operation – the 2013-14 Quality Profile really shows you the depth of what our school district does. And, here’s the amazing part – this is simply the highlight reel – just a piece of what we do all the time. As we begin the 2014-15 school year, we do so with the thought that we must continue to make improvements and look for ways to help our students be competitive in a global society.
I believe the Quality Profile’s purpose is two-fold – it allows us to reflect, as a district, on the wonderful work we do, and, at the same time, it also gives us an opportunity to consider what we can do to build on our success as a district. The story of our district from last year is amazing, and I look forward to reading the future chapters we will write this year. As always, we appreciate how you support our mission of preparing our students for tomorrow, today.
Dedicated to the future of our students,
