We congratulate three Loveland High School (LHS) seniors named as semifinalists in the 60th National Merit Scholarship Program. Alex Myers, Lauren Schroer and Alexander Sganga earned the title and the ability to compete for some 7,600 National Merit Scholarships worth about $33 million that will be offered next spring.
“As a high school and as a school district – we could not be prouder of what these students have accomplished; this is the culmination of years of focused effort,” said Chris Kloesz, LHS principal. “These three seniors are now proven best of the best for academic achievement in the country.”
The National Merit Scholarship Program recognized two Loveland seniors as commended students for their academic achievement – Erin Glossop and Devin Lally.
