School lunch accounts

This is an important notice regarding lunch accounts for your student.
There will be no charging lunch starting Monday, May 6. Please make sure that you send your student with cash, check or use the PayForIt.net system to enter money on your student’s account. This will assure that they will be able to purchase a healthy and nutritious lunch. Students will be asked to call home if they try purchasing meals without funds available to them in their accounts to remind parents to send in funds. If your student currently has a negative balance we ask that you pay that by Friday, May 24. Charge notices will be sent home on Friday, May 3.
All monies placed on your students account will remain on their accounts from year to year.
SENIOR accounts notices will be sent home on Monday, May 20, to let parents know the remaining balances of their accounts if above $3. Unless you request to transfer the money, amounts less than $3 will be donated. Cashiers are not permitted to refund money at the registers.
This amount can be retrieved by:
1. Requesting a transfer to another student’s account. This request must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Requesting a refund by check sent to your attention if more than $3. This must be emailed to email@example.com , including the student’s name and address.
3. Donating the funds to the “Feed the Kids” program. Any funds left in the account after July 1 or less than $3 will automatically be donated to this fund.
