2014 Skyline Chili Crosstown Showdown

We would like to share some general information concerning the Week 1 Varsity Football Game at Miami University in Yager Stadium for the Crosstown Showdown vs. Lakota West. Please see the details and attachment below.

Loveland High School (LHS) vs. Lakota West High School
Miami University at Yager Stadium
6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, 2014

PreSale Tickets are $10 for adults, students and senior citizens. This ticket is good for both our game and the second game, LaSalle vs Colerain. Presale Tickets can be purchased in the LHS Athletic Office until 2:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29. Our office hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday – Friday. We are also open for evening hours from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28.
All tickets at the gate are $15 for adults, students and senior citizens.
Please get your tickets in advance!

Team Information
Loveland is the home team and will wear their black uniforms.

Fan Information
We are going to support our Tigers with a BLACK OUT! Please wear your favorite BLACK spirit wear. Go Tigers!
All students who ride the Spirit Bus will also receive cool orange and white sunglasses, donated by Jarvis Global Investments, as their spirit wear item.

Spirit Buses
Please remember, all students riding a Spirit Bus to Miami University will ride both to and from the game on the school bus. The Spirit Buses will leave LHS at 4:15 p.m. There is also a Spirit Bus leaving at 4:45 p.m., with Girl's Soccer athletes or other student-athletes who must attend their team practice before leaving for the game.

LHS Band Information
We are very proud of our LHS BAND and for supporting our Tigers on Friday nights with great music. Our band will seat in the stands right next to our Student Section to provide even more spirit. Our Loveland band will also provide us with the playing of the National Anthem and will be the featured performers during the halftime show.

All Yager Stadium parking lots are $5 per vehicle.
Parking for the general public attending the Loveland game will be available in the Yager Stadium Lot:
Fryman Lot, accessible off Bonham Road for fans attending GAME ONE (that is the Tiger’s game)! Golf cart shuttles will be provided to fans. Fans parking in the Fryman Lot should enter the Cradle of Coaches Gate.
West Millett Lot which is located off Sycamore is only for fans attending GAME TWO, LaSalle vs. Colerain.
Please refer to the stadium maps for parking locations that we have included in the attachment.

Gate Information
The general admission gates to Yager Stadium will open at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29.
There is no re-entry at Yager Stadium.

Game Time, Halftime and Awards Ceremony
Please remember, kickoff for our Loveland Tigers game is 6 p.m. The halftime show will be 20 minutes, including promotions and our Loveland Tiger Band performing.

Immediately following our game, there will be an awards ceremony with both teams participating at the 50 yard line.
