Most Wanted at LES!
Posted Tuesday, October 27, 2015
It was a rockin’ afternoon at Loveland Elementary School (LES) Tuesday, Oct. 27! Students danced and even performed with a band called Most Wanted - it is made up of police officers from around the area who deliver an anti-drug/alcohol/violence message through their music performances.
"The band is sponsored by the Hamilton County Police association," said Loveland Police Officer Fred Barnes, who also works as a school resource officer for the district. "It is comprised of police officers from a number of jurisdictions. They have been playing for over 25 years. All officers perform in the uniform of their department. Officers that performed for us were from Indian Hill Rangers, Hamilton County Parks, City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County Sheriff's Department and Cheviot Police. They perform for schools usually up to grade five and also play for many outings. They are great!"
A big thank you to Officer Barnes for setting up this show to remember at LES!
