Destination Loveland Task Force May summary
Posted Wednesday, May 24, 2017
A presentation of potential ideas to improve existing facilities, work currently underway by the newly created Loveland[x] team and a look into potential student growth based on a new population study of the Loveland City School District - these were all the agenda items put before members of the Destination Loveland Task Force this May. Now those members will spend the summer months in small-group work, and ultimately will create a summary to present to the Loveland Board of Education this August recommending how the district should move forward.
“We are grateful for the work of this dedicated group of Loveland parents, community members, business leaders, students, administrators and educators in developing our future goals,” said Loveland Board of Education President Dave Blumberg. “On behalf of the Board of Education, I want to offer a sincere thank you to each person who has volunteered their time on the Destination Loveland Task Force; we are excited to see what this group proposes this fall.”
