Loveland City School District Superintendent Mike Broadwater has been named one of the country’s “Top 15 School District Superintendents” by Education Insider Magazine. The award celebrates visionary leaders who are redefining excellence in education.
“The Loveland City School District Board of Education is grateful for Mike’s leadership. Through his guidance, our core values of care, respect, and responsibility are evident each day, strengthening our culture and our district,” said Board of Education President Jonathan Eilert.
Education Insider Magazine highlights Broadwater’s focus on financial restraint and transparency, and work to retain high-quality staff. The article also calls him a Superintendent who “models calm in tense situations and favors clarity over jargon so staff, students, and residents can move together.”
