Loveland Earns Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting
Loveland City School District has earned the Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) International “Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting” for fiscal year 2025.
“I want to recognize all the district staff for this, as well as the Treasurer’s office team - it is a team effort to follow the best accounting practices and be fiscally responsible with the tax dollars entrusted to us by our community,” Loveland City School District Treasurer John Espy said.
Only about 600 school districts nationwide earn this “Certificate of Excellence,” placing the Loveland City School District in the top 4% of all public school districts. The Certificate of Excellence in financial reporting is recognition that a school district has enhanced credibility and transparency with its stakeholders, including taxpayers, staff, and the community.
