Loveland City School District Named One of Cincinnati’s “Top Workplaces”

Loveland City School District has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Cincinnati Enquirer. Organizations make the Top Workplaces list based on employee feedback through a confidential survey.

“This award is based on employee feedback, which means Loveland is only a Top Workplace because the people who work here really love being part of Loveland City Schools. The love for what they do comes through in the hard work they put in every single day. Thank you to our outstanding Tiger staff for all you do!” Superintendent Mike Broadwater said.

In addition to being named one of Cincinnati’s Top Workplaces, Loveland City School District has also been recognized in the Spring Culture Excellence Awards as a “Purpose and Values Top Workplace.” The Top Workplaces survey measures categories including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Engaged, and Enabled to Grow, among others.

“Our #beLOVEland spirit is all about putting relationships first. Loveland is a special place because of the relationships our staff members build with students, their families, and our community. Being recognized with a Culture Excellence Award is confirmation that our staff members know that taking care of people is at the heart of what we do,” Superintendent Mike Broadwater said.
