Senior Awards Ceremony

  • The Senior Awards Ceremony recognizes our senior students for their outstanding achievements throughout their high school career. Awards and recognition for this event include, but are not limited to: Valedictorian, Salutatorian, Academic Top 10, Principal's Awards, Department Awards, local scholarship winners, and much more!

Celebration of Tiger Excellence

  • The Celebration of Tiger Excellence recognizes students in grades 10 - 12 who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement throughout the school year. This student-only event took place on Frday, April 22 during the school day. Students were honored with academic pins and medals based upon their cumulative grade point average (gpa) at the conclusion of their 3rd, 5th and 7th semesters. The following criteria apply:

    • Academic Pin - granted for an average of 3.5 to 3.749
    • Bronze Medal - granted for an average of 3.75 or higher for the first time
    • Silver Medal - granted for an average of 3.75 or higher after receiving a Bronze Medal
    • Gold Medal - granted for an average of 3.75 or higher after receiving a Silver Medal

    Seniors were recognized for their gpa based upon the criteria above for the 2021-22 school year (conclusion of their 7th semester). An additional in-person senior ceremony for scholarships and other awards will be held on May 3. Seniors being recognized that evening will be sent a separate invitation at a later date.

    Juniors were recognized for their gpa based upon the criteria above for the 2021-22 school year (conclusion of their 5th semester). 

    Sophomores were recognized for their gpa based upon the criteria above for the 2021-22 school year (conclusion of their 3rd semester). 

    In addition to academic awards, students were recognized for special achievements in leadership and other areas.

    If a student was unable to attend the ceremony, please stop by the Office of School Counseling to pick up the award!
