Interim Treasurer Robert Giuffré
Robert Giuffré was named the Interim Treasurer of Loveland City Schools as of August 1, 2021. Prior to this appointment, he spent 30 years in school finance as an auditor, treasurer and consultant serving as treasurer for five districts. Mr. Giuffré start his career as a treasurer for Loveland City Schools serving the District from November of 1992 through February of 1999. Mr. Giuffré was an investment advisor and consultant for businesses and individuals for a decade. Mr. Giuffré earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia College of Missouri, and is a non-practicing certified public accountant (CPA).
As stewards of taxpayer dollars with the responsibility of educating our community’s children, the Loveland City School District takes seriously our position of public trust and responsibility to provide transparency. The District is also bound by section 149.43 of the Ohio Revised Code, along with Board of Education Policy 8310, to provide public records for inspection upon request.
All records requests should be sent to the Loveland City School District Treasurer and will be responded to within a reasonable period of time. The Treasurer is required by policy and law to maintain a log of records requests to facilitate transparency and ensure timely responses. Having a publicly available online log allows requested records to be available to our community, rather than only the person who made the request.
Please be aware that records requests are themselves public records. Records provided to fulfill a request may be shared on the Treasurer’s webpage to expedite the fulfillment of future requests.
