High School Nation – Tiger style
Artists were creating in every corner of the two Loveland High School (LHS) gyms Tuesday, Oct. 14, as Tiger Nation joined forces with High School Nation, known for working with thousands of public high schools and middle schools, across the country to serve as a facilitator for talented student artists the past 10 years.
“I couldn’t believe it when I received the call,” said LHS Principal Chris Kloesz. “This is something high schools apply for and – many times – wait years to hear back. They came to us with the offer to put on this event after researching the vibrant arts program our high school offers. Hosting High School Nation at LHS was about providing opportunities and promoting the arts live and in an interactive way for our students.”
High School Nation provides opportunities for teens to express themselves through the arts, while also learning first-hand from established artists in performing, digital, and fine arts. At LHS, High School Nation performed an interactive concert – inviting the entire student body to participate. To learn more about High School Nation, visit www.highschoolnation.org.
