LHS thanks Natalie Fossier Foundation for donation
Loveland High School (LHS) wants to formally thank the Natalie Fossier Foundation for a recent donation that will be used to continue cultivating a culture of kindness at LHS. LHS Student Jillian Ferguson, a friend of Natalie Fossier, made the check presentation on behalf of the Fossier family.
“Natalie was a beautiful, kind hearted girl who sadly, was taken from those who love her at a young age by a tragic accident,” Ferguson wrote in a letter to the school. “Natalie had made a list of things she wanted to do to make the world a better place. Her mother discovered this list after she passed away. I think, so her spirit could continue to do good for this world. Natalie’s mom started a fundraising foundation in her name to help make Natalie’s wish come true.”
“On behalf of the LHS administrative team, teachers, staff and students, I want to thank the Fossier family for this generous donation,” said Chris Kloesz, LHS principal. “We will use the donation as a way to continue to make this school, this district, and this community a better place.”
The $1,000 donation will be used for the My Voice, My Choice anti-bullying campaign. Natalie Fossier was a student in the Milford School District.
