At the Board of Education business meeting on May 20, there was a special recognition of two Board members honoring their years of service to Loveland Schools. Ms. JoAnn Feltner of the Southwest Region Ohio School Board Association presented a 10-year Board Member Anniversary Certificate to Dr. James Kolp and a 15-year Board Member Anniversary Certificate to Mrs. Linda Pennington.

Dr. Kolp was elected to the Board in 1999.  He currently serves on the Audit Review/Finance Committee and the Facilities Committee.  He also serves as the representative of the Board on the Drug Task Force Committee and well as liaison to Symmes Township and Loveland High School.

Mrs. Pennington was elected to the Board in 1995. She currently serves on the PAWS and Facilities Committees.  She also represents the Board in the following areas: Ohio Association of Public School Employees (OAPSE), Recognition, and the Drug Task Force Committee.  She is the Board’s liaison to Loveland City and Loveland Intermediate and Middle Schools.
