A.  Apply algebraic methods to represent and generalize problem         situations involving vectors.

1.   Model and solve problems with vectors.

 

B.   Analyze functions by investigation rates of change, intercepts,         zeros, asymptotes, and local and global behavior.

1.  Describe and compare the characteristics of periodic functions;         e.g., general shape, number of roots, domain and range,       asymptotic behavior, extrema, local and global behavior.

2.  Translate freely between polar and Cartesian       coordinate   systems.

 

C.   Apply algebraic methods to represent and generalize problem         situations involving vectors.

1.  Add and subtract vectors.

2.  Apply Law of Cosines to solve for the magnitude and/or           direction of a vector.
