A.  Use representations such as tables, graphs, and equations to       model and solve problems, especially those that involve linear       relationships.

 

1.   Write a variable expression to represent a mathematical     relationship.

2.   Write a math sentence to represent a variable situation.

3.   Convert between ordered pairs, graphs, and equations of lines.

 

B.   Use representations, such as equations, to model situations and       to solve problems, especially those that involve linear       relationships.

1.   Solve proportions.

 

C.   Write, simplify, and evaluate algebraic expressions.

 

1.   Manipulate and simplify variable expressions, including those   with exponents.

2.   Simplify polynomials by combining like terms, using     Distributive Property where necessary.

 

D.  Apply number system and algebraic properties when performing           computations.
