Pie Chart (8 items)

This is an Excel spreadsheet activity for the whole class or individual students. A generic 8 item pie chart can be dynamically altered with custom data and labels.

Pie Chart - Virtual Manipulatives

This online manipulative allows the user to create a colorful pie chart with up to eight different categories. Suggested activities are included on the site.

Box Plot and Histogram - Virtual Manipulative

This online interactive activity generates a box plot and a histogram for data provided. You can choose from several pre-made sets of topical data, or you can enter new data or change the data there. Several measures of the data are given as well.
