	Virtual Base Blocks - Adding and Subtracting Decimals http://matti.usu.edu/nlvm/nav/frames_asid_264_g_1_t_1.html This online virtual manipulative lets the student use base blocks to add and subtract decimals, by splitting and combining blocks. This is also a great way to visualize the concepts of decimal place value.
