Basic Multiplication with Willie the Worm

This is a very cute and educational online game. The child decides how many trees Willie will decorate and how many ornaments he will put on each. Then Willie decorates the trees and an explanation is given showing how multiplication (by repeated addition) can be used to determine the total number of ornaments. The child can do the activity over and over using numbers from 1 to 9.

This online activity is great for practicing all levels of arithmetic. Choose from addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Pick if you want a picture to model the problem or not. Decide if you wish to just practice or play against a clock.
